The Markoprint Integra Quadro is a controller which can control a maximum of 4 printheads. The controller supports all print technologies and has an OLED display with iLogik controller & 4 membrane keys for navigating and changing settings. The controller operates on 24 V DC voltage which is supplied by a SMPS adaptor or PLC. The Integra Quadro has all the features of the now defunct XB4Jet and the X4Jet. Print messages and interface commands for variable data input through a server can be done via a PC (Windows OS) with iDesign software installed. The controller can also control up to 2 heads mounted on 2 separate lines running at same or different speeds which means that a single controller can be used for primary as well as secondary packaging lines. Print layout can be designed using a PC running iDesign software and can be sent to the controller via TCP/IP or RS232 connection.
